At DiamondCollections.com, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our lab-grown diamond jewelry. Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the personalized nature and high value of our products, we have specific return policies and exceptions that apply. Please read the following return policy carefully:

General Return Policy

We offer a 14-day exchange policy for most of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it with another item within 14 days for the same amount or above, subject to the conditions and exceptions outlined below. Please note that SGD 100 will be deducted from your amount towards handling and logistic charges. 

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In new and unworn condition.
  • Returned with all original tags intact and unbroken.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returned in its original packaging, including any certificates and documentation.

The 14-day exchange period will begin on the date that your order was collected from our showroom, delivered to you, or after we’ve informed you that your order was ready for dispatch/collection – whichever comes first.

Exceptions to the Free 14-Day Exchange Policy

1. Personalized Nature
The following items are non-returnable due to their personalized nature:

  • Items that have been engraved, resized, or modified.
  • Previously exchanged items.
  • Custom-designed jewelry.
  • Changes to orders currently in process will void the complimentary resize, return, and exchange policies.

2. 20% Deposit – Up to 14 Days to Pay Option
The Free 14 Days Exchange Policy does not apply to customers who choose our “20% Deposit – Up to 14 Days to Pay” option. Due to the extended payment period offered, these items are non-returnable. If you are uncertain about your purchase, please contact our team for assistance before placing your order.

3. Custom Designed Rings
This policy does not apply to custom-designed rings, which are made specifically for you and differ from the designs listed on our website. 

4. Multiple Returns/Exchanges
Customers may only utilize our 14-day return and exchange policy once within a 12-month period for one product category.

5. Lower Diamond Quality
Due to the difficulty of resale, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for diamonds that are J, K, L, or M in color, or diamonds that are I1 in clarity. Please ensure you make an informed choice, and if unsure, visit our showroom or a jewelry store to view these lower-grade diamonds in person.

6. Fancy Colored Diamonds
All sales of fancy colored diamonds (Pink, Blue, Yellow) are final. No exchanges or returns will be permitted due to the unique nature of these diamonds.

7. Men’s Wedding Rings
We do not accept returns for men’s wedding rings.

8. Toi Et Moi Rings
Toi Et Moi rings are considered custom designs and are excluded from our 14-day exchange/refund policy. 

9. Heart-Shaped Diamonds
All heart-shaped diamonds are excluded from our 14-day return policy and are non-refundable due to their unique and individual nature.

Important Notes

  • Exchange will only be authorized if the product is returned in new condition, unworn, with the tag intact and unbroken.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
